LSH Capital, Service Master to jointly operate and maintain KL Tower

KUALA LUMPUR, June 10 — Lim Seong Hai Capital Bhd (LSH Capital), through wholly-owned unit LSH BEST Builders Sdn Bhd (LSHBB), and Service Master (M) Sdn Bhd (SMMSB) will jointly undertake the operation and maintenance management of the Kuala Lumpur Tower.

Joint venture company to operate KL Tower for next 20 years

PUTRAJAYA, May 29 — A joint venture (JV) company established by LSH Best Builders Sdn Bhd and ⁠Service Master (M) Sdn Bhd will operate the Kuala Lumpur Tower via a 20-year concession, said Communications Minister Fahmi Fadzil.
